I live in Eugene, but drive to Creswell for my prescriptions. They have excellent customer service skills, and I dont mind the drive to be given great care. A big shout-out to Victoria, she is absolutely fantastic!!

While it hasn't been a seamless transition, the employees have always tried to help when they can. Multiple people have gone out of their way to ensure my family's meds are accurate and on time. Very resourceful and helpful, even through a really tough time. Way to stay positive, folks!

I have been using this pharmacy since shortly after moving to Creswell in August 2021, they have always been very efficient, professional and friendly and always try to fix any issues that may come up, they also are really great at communicating clearly and if I dont understand something they take the time to explain in detail!! I will recommend this pharmacy to anyone & everyone.

This pharmacy and employees are some of the best I have ever dealt with. They are quick to answer questions, fill requests, and they do it all with a friendly, family atmosphere. Victoria greets me by name and is always going above and beyond for the customers.

While I have had some insurance issues that have occasionally interfered with getting some of my prescriptions in past, all the staff have been very helpful in helping me to navigate resolving the “hang ups”. I know I am not alone in dealing with insurance issues, and am so grateful our community has a physical pharmacy with real people to help me (us). Victoria is amazing. She always has a smile on her face even when things aren't going well. She took care of getting my prescription and got it filled. Love it when people know how to do there jobs and they take pride in doing it. You are amazing Victoria and thank you for all that you do.
